You can track your shipments in any of the following two ways-

Without Login by simply entering: Bill of Lading, Carrier Booking Reference or Container number
After login, Go to ‘Track shipments’ on the left panel & track your shipment using any of- Carrier Bill of Lading, Carrier Booking Reference or Container number

2. Can I view my shipments from my phone?

Yes, our applications are mobile responsive. Also, we do have a mobile application in Google Play Store & Apple Store.

3. Do I get to see & download my invoices on Patang portal?

Yes, you can view and download all the invoices & other required documents on the Patang platform.

4. Is there an option to manage users on Patang portal?

Yes, there is an option to manage users according to different roles assigned to them in the Patang Freight platform.

1. How do I track my shipments on Patang platform?

You can track your shipments in any of the following two ways-

You get notified of every cargo movement starting from ETD, ETA, delay in shipments, etc. through WhatsApp, e-mail & in-app notifications.

4. Do I get live tracking updates of my shipment?

Yes, Patang provides live tracking updates of every movement of your shipments.
